Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Registration of members and sales in pro-shop
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general administrative support to staff
Qualifications:
- Experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and file management
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar office software
- Previous experience working in a dental office is a plus
