About the Role
Guild Insurance Group is looking for an Auto Broker to join our Brandon team. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you’ll help clients with their insurance needs while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

What You’ll Do
- Process insurance transactions (new auto policies, renewals, changes)
- Assist clients with travel insurance and other services
- Handle payments and day-to-day office tasks
- Provide friendly, accurate, and timely customer service
- Work as part of a team to deliver a strong overall client experience
What You’ll Bring
Required Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Strong computer and time management skills
Nice to Have:
- Interest in or willingness to pursue CAIB designation
- Previous customer service or insurance experience
- Post-secondary education (Business or Office Administration)
