We are seeking a reliable and growth-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our integrated advisory team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a learning environment and is genuinely curious about financial matters, client service, and helping others to achieve inevitable success.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Strong curiosity about financial, tax, retirement, and business topics
- Compassionate, empathetic, and kind approach to clients and colleagues
- Ability to grow rapidly from novice to mastery in new skills
Prerequisites:
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency
- Clean police background check (RCMP/CPIC + Vulnerable Sector Check)
- Valid Alberta Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Professional office appropriate appearance, dress, and deportment
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and priorities
- Maintain accurate records and administrative systems
- Support consultants, accountants, and advisors
- Manage time tracking, compliance documentation, and client communications
- Handle confidential information with the highest integrity
Valued Skills & Experience:
- Proficient with Google Drive, Outlook/Gmail, Excel, Word, QuickBooks, Canva, Signority, Adobe, and similar tools
- Strong online research and organizational skills
- Polite, professional, and clear communication
