Job Summary
In this role you will provide hands-on leadership to warehouse employees by training, monitoring, and evaluating assigned personnel and by actively leading the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company culture, service, and cost objectives. Additionally, this role will include working closely with Operations and Engineering to coordinate and manage material planning and assist with the manufacturing & QC processes.
Role Description
- Provide hands-on leadership and support for daily warehouse and production operations
- Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to ensure production deadlines are met efficiently
- Supervise and support warehouse staff while promoting a strong safety-first culture
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain productivity and quality standards
- Oversee forklift operations and ensure all material handling is completed safely and efficiently
- Perform and document inventory counts, stock adjustments, and material tracking as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including interior and exterior work areas
- Enforce company policies and workplace safety standards
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, workflow efficiency, and overall operational performance
- Assist management with scheduling, task delegation, and day-to-day operational problem solving
