We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our Leduc facility. This is a hands-on, safety-critical role supporting our warehouse and bulk operations and plays an important part in delivering safe, reliable service to our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse that supports safe and reliable operations
- Pick, stage, and load orders accurately to ensure timely and damage-free shipments
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures
- Support delivery drivers by assisting with truck loading and ensuring efficient turnaround times
- Receive bulk and packaged inventory by truck and rail, ensuring accuracy and safe handling
- Build packaged inventory from bulk product in a safe, controlled, and timely manner as required
- Follow all safety procedures, identify hazards, and maintain strong housekeeping standards
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented culture built on safety, accountability, and professionalism
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- 2+ years of forklift operating experience
- Forklift ticket, WHMIS, and TDG certification are considered strong assets
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong commitment to safety, consistency, and doing the job the right way
- Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work well within a team environment

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
