Job Title: Robotic Welder

Pay Rate: $25 $30/hour (based on experience)
Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM 4:00 PM)

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our team in Newmarket. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining
robotic welding systems, ensuring high-quality production and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor robotic welding machines
Perform basic programming, setup, and adjustments of welding robots
Inspect welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Primary Skills
Experience with robotic welding systems (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, or similar)
MIG welding knowledge
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Secondary Skills
Manual welding experience (MIG/TIG)
Basic programming knowledge for welding robots
Experience in manufacturing or fabrication environment
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Requirements
Minimum 2 3 years of experience in robotic welding
Welding certification is an asset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong work ethic and reliability
