Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in purchasing pre-construction condominiums, townhomes, and new developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and referral partners.
- Educate clients on project details, builder offerings, pricing, incentives, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct consultations and provide market insights to help clients make informed decisions.
- Attend project launches, VIP events, broker presentations, and sales events.
- Guide clients through the reservation, agreement, and purchase process.
- Consistently prospect and develop new business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey.
Qualifications
- Licensed Real Estate Sales Representative (RECO).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Passion for real estate and the pre-construction market.
- Coachable and committed to personal and professional growth.
- Previous sales experience is an asset; pre-construction experience is preferred but not required.
