Intlvac is a growing Canadian high-tech manufacturing company seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead our human resources function. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the management team, you will be the primary HR resource for the organization.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working independently, partnering with managers, and building practical HR solutions that support business growth.
What You'll Do
As our HR Generalist, you will manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure our HR programs support both our employees and business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Employee performance management, coaching and development
- Performance improvement plans and employee offboarding
- Benefits administration and employee support
- Employee relations and workplace conflict resolution
- HR policy development and employment law compliance
- Health & Safety support and legislative compliance
- Continuous improvement of HR processes and programs
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience
- Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Strong working knowledge of Ontario employment legislation, including the Employment Standards Act (ESA) and Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience using an HRIS (Rippling experience is an asset)
Preferred:
- CHRP designation or working toward an HR designation
- HR experience in manufacturing, engineering or another industrial environment

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
