Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Parts Salesman. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and assisting customers in selecting the right parts for their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive and sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person and over the phone/text
- Identify and source the correct parts for customer needs
- Create invoices and process sales
- Manage inventory and help organize the parts yard and shop
- Respond to Facebook Marketplace and online inquiries
- Work closely with the service shop to coordinate parts for repairs
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
What We're Looking For
- Automotive or truck knowledge is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using computers
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
