What you'll do
Use the Redatum platform and company-provided data to identify, research, and proactively reach out to licensed real estate agentsEngage prospects through calls, emails, and social media to build relationships and drive conversionConduct initial screening conversations to assess agent background, licensing status, and fitMaintain and grow a pipeline of agent candidates; track all activity in the CRMReport weekly on outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline health; suggest improvementsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for newly recruited agents
What we're looking for
1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or business development (real estate industry experience is a strong asset)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable making cold outreach and building rapport quicklySelf-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targetsFamiliarity with Ontario real estate regulations (RECO, REBBA) is a plusProficient in CRM tools, LinkedIn, and general office softwareBilingual (English / Mandarin or more) is an advantage given our client base
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
