We are seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Surrey, BC. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy‑duty diesel trucks and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks
- Troubleshoot engine, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Work collaboratively with operations to minimize downtime
Qualifications
- Red Seal or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with heavy‑duty diesel engines and related systems
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s licence (Class 1 or 3 an asset)
