Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and lifestyle analysis
- Develop and implement individualized natural treatment plans that may include herbal medicine, nutritional counseling, and lifestyle modifications
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, preventive care, and holistic practices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations
- Stay current with advancements in naturopathy, pediatrics, and related fields to provide evidence-based treatments
- Assist in creating a welcoming environment that promotes healing and wellness
Requirements
- Certification or licensure as a Naturopathic Doctor or equivalent credentialing as per provincial regulations
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients
- Compassionate approach with a dedication to holistic health practices
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in naturopathy and related fields
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $100.00-$350.00 per hour
