Compensation
Full-Time
Annual Earnings: Base salary + uncapped commission (expected annual earnings $50,000–$90,000+Our compensation structure rewards performance and client care.

What You'll Do
- Perform advanced medical aesthetic treatments safely and confidently
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on skincare, treatment options, and homecare routines
- Recommend professional skincare products that support treatment outcomes
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up
- Build lasting client relationships that generate loyalty and referrals
- Maintain accurate treatment records and uphold the highest clinical standards
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide outstanding patient care
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Esthetician (required)
- Experience working in a medical aesthetic clinic or cosmetic practice
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Confidence recommending treatment plans and professional skincare
- Experience with professional skincare brands such as AlumierMD, SkinCeuticals, skinbetter science, Colorescience, or similar medical-grade lines
- Excellent client service skills and a polished, professional demeanor
- A genuine passion for aesthetics and helping clients achieve real results
- Experience with JaneApp Software is an asset
