Forge Automation is a startup manufacturing company and we're on a mission to achieve 3-day lead times!
We are looking for a highly motivated machinist who is passionate about manufacturing. You don’t need to have the most experience to apply, just have an open mind and be willing to learn! We mostly mill aluminum, stainless, and acetal and are constantly seeing different models and projects daily. Our shop is located in North York right next to Downsview Park Station. If you are passionate about manufacturing and want to help engineering companies bring their prototypes and products to life, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
- Able to take a 3D model and a block of material, and turn it into a finished part
- Able to set up, and prove out CAM programs in Fusion360, you do not need to be able to create them from scratch
- Consistently deliver parts on time to customers
- Set-up and operate HAAS 3 and 5 Axis Machines
- Inspect completed parts using manual inspection equipment and create QC reports
- Use manual and power tools as required (bead blasting, sanding, etc)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
