We are looking for a Senior Manager (CPA) to join our leadership group and contribute to both client success and a positive team environment. Strong & Associates is a CPA-approved learning office, providing aspiring CPAs with the mentorship, coaching, and practical experience needed to progress toward their designation while working on a diverse range of client engagements.

What You will Do
Lead Client Engagements
- Oversee assurance, compilation, review, and tax engagements from initial planning through final delivery
- Review financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards
- Provide clear, practical guidance to clients on accounting, tax, and business matters
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, maintaining strong and responsive working relationships
Support and Develop Your Team
- Guide, coach, and mentor team members at various stages of their careers
- Review work with a focus on quality, consistency, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to staff development and ongoing training initiatives
- Promote a collaborative environment where team members feel comfortable asking questions and growing their skills
Manage Workflow and Delivery
- Coordinate engagements, ensuring timelines and standards are met
- Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are achieved
- Improve internal processes where appropriate to support efficiency and consistency
- Help monitor workload distribution to maintain a steady and sustainable pace for the team
What You Bring
- CPA designation (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in
- Strong technical knowledge in financial reporting and taxation
- Experience reviewing engagements and guiding junior staff
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a structured and organized way

Pay: $100,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
