Part-Time Physiotherapist Opportunity

I am a Registered Massage Therapist with an established client base and a growing practice in The Beaches. My vision is to build a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinic focused on helping clients address the root cause of pain and dysfunction through thoughtful, evidence-informed care.
I am currently looking for a physiotherapist to join the clinic on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to grow alongside the practice.

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative healthcare environment.
While the caseload will not be fully booked from day one, there is an established massage therapy practice generating referrals and a strong commitment to growing the clinic through continued marketing and community outreach. The goal is to create a long-term partnership with a practitioner who wants to help shape and grow a multidisciplinary practice.
Who You Are
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Experience is preferred, but physiotherapists early in their careers who have developed strong clinical confidence through placements, mentorship, or previous practice experience are encouraged to apply
Compensation
Generous split-based compensation, with rates based on experience and qualifications. I believe in fairly compensating practitioners and creating an environment where everyone can thrive as the clinic grows.

Pay: $75.00-$110.00 per hour
