THE ROLES
Team Leaders/Foremen
Lead and supervise employees, install and oversee the installation of new materials, ensure schedules are maintained, and actively participate in safety programs and procedures.
A star candidate would have:
- Class 5 License
- Prior experience in the industry
- Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
- Prior experience in a leadership position (preferably 2+ years)
Lead Hands and Installers
Collaborate with a team to remove and install materials, perform site preparation and clean up, and actively participate in safety programs and procedures.
A star candidate would have:
- Prior experience in the industry
- Be confident climbing ladders and working at heights
- Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
- Class 5 License (an asset)
Labourers
Perform site setup and cleanup, efficiently supply materials, ensure trucks are properly stocked with job specific tools and supplies, and complete daily checklists and maintenance tasks.
A star candidate would:
- Be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
- Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
