Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Duties
- Install HVAC systems according to schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Perform system testing to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards
- Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing HVAC units
- Work with plumbing and mechanical components involved in HVAC installation
- Use welding techniques when necessary for ductwork or system modifications
- Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to accurately install equipment
- Assist with boiler setup and maintenance as needed
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, boilers, appliances, and construction processes
- Skilled in plumbing, welding, and working with schematics for system setup
- Experience with appliance repair and general mechanical troubleshooting is a plus
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately
- Construction or mechanic experience preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces as required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred
