Our pharmacies have been part of the Vancouver and Tri-Cities Community for over 20 years and we are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our growing team!
Your role as an LPN is to provide our clients with the support and nursing care they rely on to remain living in the community. As one of our LPNs, you will visit patients in their homes to administer medications and witness their care.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Administering medications (orally, injections, creams, patches)
- Administering injections
- Performing patient specific assessments (ie: Blood glucose monitoring, Blood Pressure monitoring)
- Documentation of all interventions and assessment data
- Visiting patients in the community
We are looking for LPNs with the following qualities:

- Ability to work in an independent, self-driven environment
- Enthusiasm to contribute positively in the community in a healthcare setting
Position Requirements
- Licenced and practicing with British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP)
- Class 5 driver's license
- Criminal Record Check will be requested upon successful offer
- Completion of BC Immunization Competency
