NOW HIRING – ENTRY LEVEL GUTTER & SOFFIT INSTALLER
Join a growing exterior installation crew serving the Cowichan Valley and surrounding areas.
We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our Gutter & Soffit Installation team. No experience necessary — we are willing to train the right person.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with gutter, soffit, fascia, and downpipe installations
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Work safely on ladders and rooftops
- Help keep job sites clean and organized
- Learn installation techniques from experienced crew members
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Construction or roofing experience is helpful but not required
