Position Overview
We are hiring a reliable and motivated crew member for year round work. This role is heavily focused on spring and summer maintenance, with consistent full time hours during the core season. In fall, you will assist with seasonal cleanups, and in winter, you will provide snow and ice removal on walkways. This position is ideal for someone looking for steady work, growth opportunities, and a strong team environment.
Responsibilities
- Weekly lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup
- Spring and fall cleanups including blowing, raking, bagging, and property detailing
- Clearing walkways during snow events using shovels, snow blowers, and ice melt
- Operating and maintaining mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small equipment
- Working efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Communicating clearly with the crew lead and team members
Requirements
- Preference for 2 years of lawn maintenance or snow removal experience
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Coachable and able to take direction respectfully
- Team player mindset is a must

Schedule and Compensation
- Spring to Fall: Full time day shifts, Monday to Saturday depending on workload
- Winter: On call during snow events
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience and performance
