The Accurate Technology Group is seeking a skilled Service Technician / Systems Integrator to join our team. This role focuses on the installation, programming, servicing, and troubleshooting of integrated automation, audio/video, surveillance, and security systems in both residential and commercial environments.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of integrated technology systems, rather than repetitive single-product installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Control4 automation systems
- Program and service security systems, primarily Honeywell and DSC equipment
- Install and service distributed audio and AV systems
- Configure and troubleshoot IP and analog surveillance camera systems (CCTV)
- Perform diagnostics, upgrades, and service calls for existing systems
- Work with integrated systems involving automation, networking, AV, and security
- Provide professional on-site customer service and system support
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in low-voltage systems, AV integration, or security systems
- Experience working with Control4 systems (certification required)
- Strong troubleshooting and system integration skills
- Knowledge of alarm systems, AV distribution, and surveillance systems
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, switches)
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have own vehicle
- Must provide a clean Criminal Backgroud Check
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Overtime as Required
Salary: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour (Salary to be negotiated)
