POSITION: Personal Lines Account Manager
LOCATION: Muskoka Region, ON (in-office)
SALARY: $50,000-$70,000 + Commission
STATUS: Full-time, Permanent
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous personal lines insurance experience with strong knowledge of policy servicing and renewals
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and experience using insurance portals/CRM systems
OVERVIEW:
• Manage an existing book of personal lines business, handling policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries
• Provide professional support via phone, email, chat, and in-person while maintaining strong client relationships
• Identify cross-selling and new business opportunities while supporting billing and policy needs
• Maintain accurate records, stay current on industry updates, and collaborate with internal teams
