A prestigious, high-end seniors’ residence in Westmount is seeking a dynamic, professional, and compassionate Leasing & Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
This unique role is ideal for someone who excels in both client-facing interactions and administrative responsibilities, and who is passionate about working in a community that serves both autonomous seniors and those requiring assisted living.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Resident Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and their families
- Conduct tours of the residence and present available suites
- Guide clients through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
- Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families
- Maintain high occupancy through proactive follow-ups and relationship management
Administrative Support
- Provide direct administrative support to the Executive Director
- Manage rent collection and follow up on accounts as needed
- Prepare and send correspondence (letters, notices, and communications)
- Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records
- Assist with general office coordination and daily administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (experience in seniors’ residences is an asset)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
- Bilingual (English/French) is strongly preferred
