Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Hosts, Hostesses, Bussers, and Expeditors to join our dynamic team at Boston Pizza in <LOCATION>. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while supporting our restaurant's smooth operation.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide exceptional guest services to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Assist with food and beverage delivery as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Support team members with various restaurant duties to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Operate POS systems accurately for orders and payments.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to uphold high standards of hospitality.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros is a plus.
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is advantageous.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
