We are expanding our practice at the Cold Lake Dental Centre and are looking for a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hard working, patient-focused assistant who has a positive demeanor and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Orthodontics experience is an asset.
Duties
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and ready for use.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Keep instruments sterile and ensure proper sanitization processes are followed.
Requirements
- Registered with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants
- 2+ years of experience is an asset
- Professional, positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$34.00 per hour
