The Opportunity
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the front line of client experience, both in our showroom and across incoming inquiries.
This is not a passive role.
You’ll be:
- Welcoming clients into the showroom
- Guiding them through options
- Managing quotes and project details
- Helping turn interest into real, successful projects
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming client experience, building relationships, and being the face of the showroom.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person showroom visits
- Creating and following up on quotes and estimates
- Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and client requirements
- Coordinating with production and installation teams
- Building strong relationships with clients, builders, and designers
- Keeping CRM systems up to date and tracking activity
- Helping clients select the right solutions for their needs and budget
- Following up on leads and guiding opportunities toward closing
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
- Have 2+ years of inside sales or client-facing experience
- Naturally create a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for clients
- Are proactive with follow-up and don’t let opportunities fall through the cracks
- Communicate clearly and confidently in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Enjoy working with clients and being part of real, tangible projects
- Are comfortable working with quotes, order systems, and project details
Bonus (but not required):
- Experience reading drawings or construction specifications
- Background in construction, millwork, or door/window industry
Compensation & Growth
- $55,000–$65,000 base salary
- Performance-based bonuses upon achieving sales targets
- Full-time, in-person role
