About the Role
As a Housekeeper & Guest Services Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests have a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. This position combines housekeeping responsibilities with guest service duties and is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and being outdoors.
Responsibilities
Housekeeping Duties
- Clean and prepare accommodations for arriving guests
- Change linens and make beds
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property
Guest Services Duties
- Welcome and assist guests during their stay
- Answer guest questions and provide information about the property and local area
- Help ensure guests have an exceptional experience
- Monitor guest areas and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Assist with general day-to-day operations as required
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable vehicle required (you must be able to travel to Porters Peak Adventures in Porters Lake)
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must enjoy nature, outdoor living, and camping environments
