Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety practices and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines for handling, storing, and preparing food.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report any shortages to management.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
- Other task and assignmnets assigned by Kitchen Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 02 years of previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $17.20-$19.50 per hour
