We're building a team of driven, high-standard professionals — and we're looking for a Sales Manager who closes with confidence and leads with integrity.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a full-cycle sales role. From the first call to the signed contract, you own the relationship. You'll be running Zoom consultations, visiting clients in their homes, helping them visualize their renovation, and bringing deals across the finish line. You'll manage your own pipeline, your own schedule, and your own results — with the full support of a growing brand behind you.
EARNINGS
- Expected Year 1 Income: $150,000+
- Top Performer Earnings: $254,000+
- Structure: Solid base salary + commission on closed projects
- Bonus: Annual KPI-based performance bonus
- Self-Generated Leads: Higher commission rate on deals you bring in yourself
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- All leads are responded to within 16 hours — no exceptions
- Quotes are sent within 48 hours of every client consultation
- A consistent 20–25% close rate is maintained
- Your pipeline is clean, updated, and fully worked every single day
- Clients leave 5-star reviews and refer you without being asked
- You treat every project like it's your own home
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Conversion — Follow up on inbound leads from marketing, referrals, and past clients
- Client Consultations — Conduct Video and in-home walkthroughs to understand scope and sell the vision
- Proposal Creation — Build accurate, compelling quotes using our CRM and quoting tools
- Material & Scope Finalization — Guide clients through product selection, design decisions, and project scope
- Pipeline Management — Maintain precise, up-to-date records of all leads, follow-ups, and deal stages
- Project Handoff — Collaborate with the project management team for a smooth transition after closing
- Self-Leadership — You run your own book of business within ours — full autonomy, full accountability
- Growth Mindset — Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company meetings to continuously sharpen your skills
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3+ years of sales experience, ideally in renovation, construction, or a home services field
- Confident closer with experience in high-ticket, consultative selling
- Strong communicator — equally effective with homeowners and construction teams
- Proficient with CRM platforms and digital quoting tools
- Full G Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle (in-field role)
- Excellent command of English
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

SMART GOALS | First 30 - 90 Days
Complete Easy Renovation onboarding, build quotes independently using our system, and conduct both video and in-person consultations confidently
- Measurement: Quote accuracy verified by Sales Manager + consultation sign-off by Sales Manager
- Deadline: 14 Days (unpaid trial period)
Achieve 100% appointment show-up rate and submit all quotes within 48 hours of every scheduled appointment
- Measurement: CRM Audit + Manager Review
- Deadline: 30 Days
Close at least one renovation project valued at $15,000–$40,000
- Measurement: Deal Review
- Deadline: 90 Days
TWO-WEEK TRIAL PERIOD
Before the paid engagement begins, all candidates go through a two-week working trial. This is not a test — it's a chance for both of us to work side by side, see how we operate together, and make sure this is the right fit for everyone. During these two weeks, you'll shadow consultations, get familiar with our process, and begin handling real conversations. After the two weeks, if we're both in, paid engagement starts in full — with your base, commission structure, and all terms as outlined in the offer.
We believe this is the most honest way to start a working relationship. No surprises on either side.
