Expand Staffing Solutions is currently hiring a MHE Operator / Delivery Driver for our client in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility located in Richmond, BC. This position combines delivery driving and warehouse operations within a food production environment. We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused, and hardworking individual with strong experience in both warehouse operations and delivery driving. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling deliveries, operating material handling equipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Shift Timing
Morning Shift – Start between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM (to be confirmed)

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers and client locations following assigned routes and schedules
- Operate delivery vehicles, including 5-ton trucks, in a safe and professional manner
- Plan delivery routes and ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
- Load and unload delivery trucks using proper material handling techniques
- Operate forklifts including Sit-Down Counterbalance and Reach Truck
- Use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to move and organize products
- Assist with order picking, packing, labeling, and staging shipments
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, proof of delivery, and related documentation
- Support inventory handling, stock organization, and general warehouse duties
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections (pre-trip and post-trip) and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure safe transportation and handling of goods to prevent damage or loss
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
- Perform physical labour including lifting and moving products/materials as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
- Previous 5-ton truck driving experience required
- Previous warehouse and delivery driving experience required
- Forklift experience required: Sit-Down Counterbalance, Reach Truck, and other MHE equipment
- Experience in food manufacturing or production environments is considered an asset
- Comfortable using pallet jacks and handling physically demanding work
- Ability to lift and move products safely throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
