Patton & Cooke Co. is a manufacturer of high-voltage equipment serving clients worldwide. We are currently hiring a Production Technician to join our Surrey facility. This is a hands-on role suited for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and consistency in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and prepare components for high-voltage equipment
- Pick and stage parts accurately for production orders
- Perform powder coating and finishing work (training available if needed)
- Support production workflow across assembly and shop operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or shop environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently
- Comfortable working with tools, materials, and repetitive processes
- Physically capable of lifting and moving materials throughout the shift
- Able to work independently and contribute to a team environment
- Powder coating experience is an asset
What We Offer
- Starting wage: $24.50 to $27.50 per hour, based on experience
- Structured wage increases (after 3 months)
- Higher starting rate considered for candidates with powder coating or relevant shop experience
- Full-time, permanent position (Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
