Pay: $25–$27 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour shifts

You do NOT need years of experience — but you DO need to be sharp, reliable, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
You MUST have:

What You Will Do
- Coordinate and dispatch HVAC and plumbing service calls
- Schedule and route technicians efficiently
- Communicate with customers and provide real-time updates
- Track technician progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Maintain accurate records of jobs and service calls
- Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in dispatching, logistics, or scheduling (preferred)
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and computer tools
- HVAC or plumbing industry knowledge is an asset
