Join our team as a Server/Wait Staff member and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. You'll ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience through friendly, efficient, and attentive service while working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Accurately take and enter orders using a POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly while following food safety and sanitation standards.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
- Maintain clean dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform opening, closing, and restocking duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a server or wait staff in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Smart Serve is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food preparation or kitchen experience is an asset.

Pay: $17.60-$29.86 per hour
