Dale’s Auto Service has proudly served the automotive community since 1975. As our business continues to grow, we are currently looking to add 1–2 experienced Red Seal Automotive Technicians as well as at least 1 EV / Hybrid Certified Red Seal Technician to our team.
We are seeking skilled, motivated professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and want to build a long-term career in a modern, well-equipped, team-oriented shop.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Valid Red Seal Automotive Technician certification (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong diagnostic and repair experience
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Own professional-grade tools
Preferred Qualifications
- EV / Hybrid certification or experience
- Tesla diagnostic and repair experience considered a strong asset
- Advanced electrical diagnostic experience
- Experience with European vehicles
- Performance or drivability diagnostic experience
- Strong efficiency and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services
- Conduct detailed vehicle inspections
- Communicate findings clearly with service advisors
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety standards and shop procedures
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
