We are hiring Personal Support Workers (PSWs) for home care and community support shifts in Whitby, Oshawa, and across Durham Region.
This role is ideal for PSWs looking for flexible, consistent community care work close to home in the Durham Region.
Compensation
$21.45 – $24.50/hour (based on experience and assignment type)
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care support including bathing, hygiene, and mobility assistance
- Support clients in home care and community settings
- Follow individualized care plans
- Maintain client safety and dignity
- Report any changes in client condition
- Assist with daily living activities

Requirements
- PSW Certificate (required)
- Vulnerable Sector Check (required or in progress)
- Valid TB Test (within 12 months)
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
