We're looking for a hardworking, dependable General Labourer who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that builds exceptional homes from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized construction sites
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Other general construction tasks as assigned
- Assist with framing and drywall work when required
- Complete minor repairs and touch-ups
- Load, unload, and move building materials
- Assist skilled trades as required
- Perform site clean-ups
- Remove debris and dispose of waste materials
- Install site protection and temporary safety measures
- Help prepare homes for inspections, PDI walkthroughs, and possession
- Follow all company safety procedures and Ontario health & safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Report any safety concerns or issues to supervisors.
Required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Valid G Driver's Licence with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to safety procedures.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Prior experience with construction tools
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
