Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and upholding the standards of our hotel.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate data entry in the system
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Address guest issues and escalate to management when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is preferred
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and maintaining phone etiquette
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is desirable
