Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
- Perform general site cleanup and maintain a tidy work area
- Support team members with various manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, cleaning and moving parts
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a industrial environment
