Good people are hard to find. What are we looking for? Brains and the right attitude. We’re a firm that values creative, “out of the box” thinking, integrity, respect for our teammates and clients, and building a healthy life outside of work.
The role
We’re hiring a hands-on Technology & AI Enablement Lead to support our firm’s Microsoft-first technology environment and help us improve workflows using existing tools (not custom-built AI). You’ll keep our operations stable and secure, and you’ll help us adopt modern productivity and AI capabilities responsibly—through disciplined testing, strong data and privacy hygiene, and practical training for lawyers and staff.
What you’ll do
· Administer and support our Microsoft 365 environment (identity and access, email, collaboration, files) and improve how we work day-to-day.
· Maintain our security baseline (MFA/access controls, device posture expectations, backup/restore readiness, incident response preparedness).
· Support responsible AI enablement (starting with controlled pilots), including clear “rules of engagement” and training for staff.
· Identify workflow pain points across teams and implement pragmatic improvements using available tools and low-code automation where appropriate.
· Coordinate vendors and manage tool access, licensing, onboarding/offboarding, and documentation/runbooks.
What success looks like
· In your first 90 days: you’ve mapped our systems and workflows, improved at least two day-to-day friction points, and produced a clear, prioritized roadmap for stability, security, and workflow improvements.
· In your first 6–12 months: you’ve delivered measurable workflow improvements/automations that reduce manual work and increase consistency, while keeping our environment secure and well-governed.
Required
· 4–6 years of experience in IT systems administration / Microsoft 365 administration in a professional environment.
· Formal technical training (degree/diploma/certificate in IT/CS/cybersecurity or similar) and at least one recognized technical certification relevant to Microsoft 365 administration, identity/access, endpoint management, security/compliance, or automation (examples: MS‑102, Entra identity certification, MD‑102, PL‑900).
· Strong troubleshooting skills, documentation discipline, and a high-integrity approach to data security and privacy.
Preferred
· Experience supporting a law firm or regulated professional services organization.
· Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout basics and/or low-code automation (Power Automate/Power Apps).
· Familiarity with data protection tools and practices (sensitivity labels/DLP concepts).
