Job Expectations:
As a Sales Associate at Supa Vapes, you’ll combine traditional retail sales with entrepreneurial growth tasks. Your focus will be on actions that drive revenue and customer acquisition. You're not just maintaining — you're building.
1. Sales & Customer Engagement
- Greet customers, discover their needs, and deliver personalized product recommendations.
- Hit and exceed sales targets; proactively upsell and cross-sell.
- Routinely test new outreach methods (in-store, online, campaigns) to find what drives new customers.
- Capture customer data accurately, follow up, and help convert leads.
- Assist with online order fulfillment, sales inquiries, complaints, and support .
2. Inventory Management & Store Organization
- Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked and visually appealing, checking and reporting low stock items to the manager as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and sales floor, contributing to an enjoyable shopping environment for customers and efficient workspace for the team.
- Do stocks takes every week while monitoring stock levels, maintaining product availability, and assisting with the order processes.
3. Communication & Team Collaboration
- Follow daily checklists, report daily status updates, and maintain communication via Slack.
- Collaborate with team members to manage busy periods and deliver consistent customer satisfaction.
- Openly receive and apply feedback, continuously improving your approach to sales and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on promotions, products, and industry trends, demonstrating commitment to personal and professional growth.
4. Channel & Content Growth
- Write SEO-rich articles or content about vaping products (we’ll track performance).
- Help run ads (paid acquisition), cold outreach campaigns, and organic social content to drive leads.
- Host or help organize events (pop-ups, demos, giveaways) to attract prospects.
- Constantly experiment with new marketing tactics; measure, optimize, repeat.
Personal KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
You’ll be measured not just on effort, but on outcomes. Examples:
- Average Order Value (AOV) — increase transaction size via smart upsells
- Items per Order (IPO) — encourage multi-item purchases
- Growth Actions Completed — content, outreach, event tasks that lead to new customer acquisition
- E-commerce Resolution Time — resolve online customer issues within 24 hours
- New Revenue Generated — from events, calling customers, or new channels you helped launch
