We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Key Holder/Sales Associate to join our retail team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and complaints, utilizing effective communication skills
- Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and balancing registers
- Daily store operations in the absence of management, ensuring adherence to company policies
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to attract customers and promote sales
- Oversee training & development of staff to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Proven experience in retail sales,demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems,
- Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform cashiering duties efficiently
