We are recruiting for a full-time schedule requiring one late evening (8:30-8:00pm) and one mandatory Saturday (8:30am-11:30am).

We're seeking 12 seasoned Senior Collection Agents to work on our CIBC portfolio and grow our team. In this role, you'll leverage your experience and communication skills to recover past-due accounts while providing exceptional customer service.

You're a great fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in collections
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English for consistent collection calls
- Superior communication, math skills to negotiate high level of problem-solving skills
- Quality assurance testing regularly
- Other duties as required.

- A proven track record of exceeding collection goals
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- A commitment to professional, ethical and compliant collection practices
- Utilize skip tracing techniques and databases
- Analyze and evaluate financial reports and data
- Clear background check
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
