Turf Bros Contracting is a growing landscape construction company specializing in premium artificial turf installations, putting greens, paver patios, retaining walls, and luxury outdoor spaces. We're looking for motivated, hardworking individuals who take pride in doing quality work and want to be part of a positive, professional crew.
Experience in landscaping or construction is an asset, but not required. We are happy to train someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing artificial turf and putting greens
- Excavation and site preparation
- Wheelbarrowing materials and operating compact equipment
- Installing pavers, retaining walls, edging, and drainage
- Loading, unloading, and maintaining tools and equipment
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual every day
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Team player who contributes to a great work environment
- Valid driver's licence
- Experience with landscaping, construction, skid steers, or compact equipment is beneficial but not required
