Success in this role requires:
- Being a driven, self-starter, problem-solver, and organized great communicator.
- Mortgage Agent License or Completion of Mortgage Agent Course
- Being proficient with technology and the ability to work efficiently using multiple software platforms
- Willing to become a mortgage agent in the future, even if you don't have a license yet
This is a commission-based job and has no fixed salary.
Commission Plan: $50,000 to $120,000 per year. (Many agents reach higher income levels).
