We are seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep and proper functioning of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and operational integrity of properties through a variety of repair, landscaping, and mechanical tasks. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors and indoors, applying a broad skill set to support property value and tenant satisfaction.
Must have a vehicle and drivers license
Reliable 5 day work week with occasional night work or weekends
Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, digging
- Painting, flooring, drywall repairs, plumbing (training provided)
- Conduct general repairs using hand tools and power tools, including carpentry, plumbing, as needed.
- Assist with construction projects such as fencing, decking, or small building repairs.
- Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Perform routine mechanical maintenance on equipment and property systems.
- Support seasonal tasks like snow removal or storm damage cleanup.
Skills
- Driving truck with trailer
- 50% of work is plumbing related work, no experience needed, working with lisenced plumber
- Experience with landscape maintenance
- Mechanical knowledge related to building systems and equipment repairs.
- Skilled in using hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches) and power tools (drills, saws).
- Ability to perform construction-related tasks with attention to safety standards.
- Good problem-solving skills with a focus on preventative maintenance.
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
