Role Overview:
We are seeking qualified Cleaning / Facility Support Staff to provide relief coverage at a VAW shelter location.
This role may include:
- General cleaning and maintenance of common areas
- Maintaining safe and sanitary facilities
- Supporting shelter staff as needed
- Adhering to infection control and safety procedures
This is a relief/on-call role — shifts are assigned as needed and may vary in schedule.
Requirements:
- Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) and references
- First Aid / CPR certificate
- Comfortable working in shelter environments
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain professional conduct
