Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and possess strong clinical skills. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology, including CAD systems, and managing a diverse patient base, including pediatrics. Experience with dental practice management software such as Epic and Dentrix is highly valued. The position is full-time and involves working with a team committed to maintaining the highest standards of oral health.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
- Utilize CAD technology for designing restorations and other dental appliances.
- Document patient interactions accurately using Epic, Dentrix, or similar electronic health record systems.
- Provide preventive care, restorative treatments, extractions, and other dental procedures with precision and professionalism.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance and treatment options in a clear, compassionate manner.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state license to practice dentistry.
- Experience with Epic and Dentrix practice management software is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CAD systems for restorative procedures is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practice.
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain treatment plans effectively.

Pay: $175,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
