Stryder is an award-winning international 3PL provider, specializing in Transportation and Warehousing Services for some of the largest food, beverage, and packaging companies in the world since 1989.
We are currently looking to fill Forklift Operator positions for our warehouse in Richmond, BC. The successful candidate will be required to assist the warehouse team in order fulfillment and receiving along with other duties as assigned by the Lead Hand or Supervisor to ensure continued operational success.
Positions Available: Monday - Friday 8 Hour Shifts
Duties and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of forklift experience is required (Sit Down Counterbalance)
- Valid forklift ticket, (valid Class 5 Drivers License and/or first aid certification are considered assets)
- RT Scanner and/or WMS experience is a plus
- Punctuality and attention to detail towards all assigned tasks
- Ensure complete product accuracy in every order
- Able to lift up to 50lbs safely
- Adherence to Stryder's Safety Programs
- Must be open to working extended hours as needed during peak periods
- Loading/unloading trailers
- Picking Orders
- Inventory and quality control
- Maintain communication with our Customer Service department
- Use of forklift attachments (TPC Double pallet handler, fork extensions, Clamp, etc.) is considered an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
