Warehouse Associate and Driver

Aarc-West Mechanical Insulation (2013) Inc. is the leading mechanical insulation company in the commercial construction sector in BC. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate and Driver to join our team — someone who takes pride in efficient warehouse operations and safe, professional delivery service.
What you’ll do
- Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately in our warehouse
- Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Operate 1-ton and 5-ton trucks to deliver products to job sites and customer locations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain signatures as required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns
- Support general warehouse cleanliness and organization
What you bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, including order picking and delivery
- Valid forklift certification and hands-on forklift experience — required
- Proven experience operating 1-ton and 5-ton vehicles
- Clean driving record (driver’s abstract required)
- Valid BC Class 5 licence (minimum); Class 4 licence preferred — or willingness to obtain Class 4 upon hiring
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on delivery routes
- Physical ability to lift and handle insulation materials and related products
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
Nice to have
- Experience in the construction supply or insulation industry
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or delivery software
